For the past fifteen years, Mr. Niehaus has practiced in New York City, gaining expertise in a variety of legal disciplines. Mr. Niehaus earned his A.B. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University in 1994, and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1997. At the University of Chicago, Mr. Niehaus served as Associate Editor of the University of Chicago Legal Forum, in which he published the comment “Cyberlibel: Workable Liability Standards,” 1996 U. Chi. L. F. 617, and was awarded the Karl Llewellyn Prize for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy.
Following graduation from law school, Mr. Niehaus entered private practice in New York City, where he litigated high-profile, complex matters at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP and Arkin Kaplan LLP. He subsequently served as General Counsel for Zodiac Gaming LLC, an interactive television company based in New York before founding Niehaus LLP in 2006.
Mr. Niehaus is admitted to the bar of the State of New York as well as the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He lives in midtown Manhattan with his wife Kimberly, a fellow University of Chicago Law School graduate, their daughter Sawyer, and their son Luke.

Gabriel Hayes-Williams is an Associate at Niehaus LLP and previously worked in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice of Clifford Chance, where he focused on white-collar and regulatory matters.
Mr. Hayes-Williams received his B.A. in Politics from New York University (2004) and his J.D. from Stanford Law School (2007) where he served as an Associate Editor of the Stanford Journal of International Law.
